TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any service, mentorship, coaching program, digital product, or offer provided by Start Somewhere With Isabelle PTY LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement upon payment.

1. Services

Services include, but are not limited to:

• 1:1 coaching
• Private mentorship
• Group programs
• Digital courses
• Masterclasses
• Educational resources

Delivery format may include live calls, recordings, written materials, and online platforms.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital services, education, mentorship, and energy-based work:

• No refunds will be issued for a change of mind
• No refunds for dissatisfaction
• No refunds for non-participation
• No refunds for personal circumstances

Once access is granted or mentorship has commenced, no refunds apply under any circumstances.

3. Payment Plans & Binding Financial Obligation

If you select a payment plan, you agree to a legally binding financial commitment for the full program investment, not a month-to-month subscription.

By paying a deposit or first instalment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The deposit is non-refundable
• The full balance of the investment is payable in its entirety
• Withdrawal, cancellation, non-attendance, or pause does not void your payment obligation
• Missed payments may result in:

• Immediate suspension of access

• Continued billing

• Recovery action for the outstanding balance

This constitutes a legally enforceable debt obligation.

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that results depend on your participation, mindset, commitment, execution, and personal circumstances.

The Company does not guarantee any specific business, financial, emotional, or personal result.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, recordings, workbooks, and materials remain the intellectual property of Start Somewhere With Isabelle PTY LTD.

You may not:

• Copy
• Share
• Resell
• Distribute
• Repurpose

Any materials without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

All coaching spaces, group containers, and communications are confidential. Client agrees not to disclose private group discussions or personal information of others.

7. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to publicly defame, discredit, or harm the reputation of Start Somewhere With Isabelle PTY LTD.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Start Somewhere With Isabelle PTY LTD is not liable for:

• Business losses
• Income loss
• Emotional distress
• Decisions made by the Client
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate access without refund for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Disruptive behaviour
• Misuse of intellectual property
• Non-payment

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
